Executive Chef Craig Wright leads the Hatch & Co. kitchens, delivering dishes such as small plates, share plates and side plates as features of the mouth-watering menu.
The menu draws inspiration from the principles of communal dining with rustic, home-style dishes crafted from the best of local and sustainable produce. To complement and enhance the food offering, the full service bar features boutique wines and a classic cocktail list, alongside a selection of local and imported labels. Our menus include breakfast, lunch and dinner services.
In addition to our regular each Hatch & Co. location is able to cater for functions and events for 12-250 guests. We can cater for birthdays, corporate functions, stand up cocktail parties, and Christmas parties.
